Brief:

Despite regular blood transfusions and ongoing symptoms, physicians and patients believe they are still doing all they can to control paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH).

Idea:

Encourage physicians to evaluate patients for incomplete treatment response with a deeper hematologic assessment.
